What to include

- The email on your account, so we can find the right generations.
- What you were trying to make — the garment type, and roughly when you ran it.
- The reference photo, if the problem is with how the fabric came out. Nine times in ten the answer is in the reference, and the fabric photography guide may resolve it before you write to us.
